Overview: Facilitating an American manufacturing MNC to manage their distributor accounts, incentives schemes and related accounting compatible with their existing ERP.
Challenges: One of the world's largest industrial and domestic appliance manufacturing organisations was looking for a prompt solution to reduce turnaround time in monthly accounting of distributor and sales-related incentives, which was taking up 7 working days each month. The accounting system was lagging in computations and subsequent accounting in their ERP. Further, ERP customisation was proving cost-prohibitive.

Results: Thus, it was possible to identify dealers, physically verify inventory and record in the mobile app, which in turn updated the inventory position in the ERP in real-time. All of this helped the company achieve operational efficiency, reduce receivables turnaround time and helped the company in better working capital management.
